Registrations are open from Monday 12th January for the 2026 HHFC Winter Football Season.

The 2026 season is our 64th season as a club, we are proud to be one of the fastest growing clubs in the area, offering opportunities for footballers at all levels, coaching, and referee development. 

The 2026 season will see the club with teams in the Mixed and Girls competitions in the MiniRoos, Youth and Senior levels of football. We will once again participate in the Junior Development League, Diamond League, Super League, and in the Women and Men's Premier League competitions. 

As always, the club remains focused on building, maintaining, and supporting a strong, fun, and inclusive environment for all players, coaches, referees, and committee members of all ages offered by community football.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION - NEW PLAYFOOTBALL SYSTEM "PLAYFOOTBALL V2.0"

For the 2026 season you are again required to register in the Majestri system first and then in the Play Football system, we understand this can be frustrating but the benefits the Majestri system has for the club are endless. 

Football Australia has rolled out a new registration platform - Let's PlayFootball

All previously registered participants MUST claim their football history AND upload a passport style photo.

Follow the below link for steps on how to claim your participant history either separate to registration or during registration. As you claim your participant history, please only search using first name, last name and DOB.

FEE INFORMATION

Fees are reviewed each year against a number of factors. All team fees have been reviewed for the upcoming season, and a modest increase is necessary to ensure we remain financially viable while continuing to deliver a high‑quality experience for all members. As a not‑for‑profit organisation, every dollar we receive is reinvested directly back into the club — from maintaining and upgrading equipment to improving facilities and supporting our players, coaches, and volunteers. These adjustments help us keep the club strong, sustainable, and growing for the future.

ALL Fees will be paid via Majestri - not via Playfootball. When you are registering in Play football (which is mandatory), you may notice that a $$ value is displayed. You will NOT be charged or expected to pay anything during the Play football registration process.

Your fees include the following: 

• Football Australia & Football NSW
• NSFA Fees including team fees, and facilities fees.
• HHFC Fees including Council Ground Hire/Lights and Equipment 
• Coaching Costs - MiniRoos - Kano Football, Development Leagues - Kano Football & Vision Football

ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER (AKV) INFORMATION 

The NSW Government made changes to the Active Kids Voucher Program in 2023, reducing the AKV amount from $100 to $50 per school aged child, from Term 1, 2024 the $50 Active Kids Voucher will be means tested and only accessible to families receiving Family Tax Benefit Part A. 

If you have a $50 Active Kids Voucher, we will be able to accept these via the Majestri registration process. Please make sure you have your voucher available before you begin your registration process. YOU MUST USE YOUR AKV VOUCHER IN MAJESTRI, we will NOT accept AKV vouchers AFTER you have registered or via Play Football.

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment Plans will be available via Majestri, a 20% up-front payment is required, with payment plans needing to be complete by 31st July 2025. The earlier you register, the less you pay each week, more often. 

NO PAY NO PLAY

The club has a strict NO PAY NO PLAY policy; exceptions will NOT be made for any player. Players will be removed from Dribl match cards for non payment of fees, including those on payment plans which are not current and/or have missed scheduled payments. 

Requests to be "added" or "readded" to a match card during the week, in preparation for a coming weekend game may not be possible. Requests received on a "Friday" to be added to a match card for the coming weekend will be rejected.
