Winter Season 2023 Information and registration

Registrations are now open for the 2024 HHFC Winter Football Season.

The 2024 season is our 62nd season as a club, we are proud to be on the fastest growing clubs in the area, offering opportunities for footballers at all levels, coaching and referee development.

The 2024 season will see the club with teams in the Junior Development League (formerly SAP), Diamond League, Super League and in the Women and Men's Premier League competitions.

As always, the club remains focused on building, maintaining and supporting a strong, fun and inclusive environment for all players of all ages in community football.

Registration Information

For the 2024 season you are again required to register in the Majestri system first and then in the Play Football system, we understand this can be frustrating but the benefits the Majestri system has for the club are endless.

The fees have increased for most teams by $5 this year due to a small increase to Football NSW capitation fee and a small increase in NSFA team fees. A couple of age groups have seen a larger increase due to the 2024 NSFA team fees increase.

Junior Development League 2 (formerly Aspirational Hornets) has now aligned with Junior Development League 1 (formerly SAP) and will now have the same offerings across the league, this is reflected in the registration fee and is now the same for both.

Your fees include the following:

Football Australia & Football NSW
NSFA Fees including team fees, facilities fee.
HHFC Fees including Council Ground Hire/Lights and Equipment
Coaching Costs - MiniRoos - Kano Football, Development Leagues - Kano football & XLR8
This year we will be providing all MiniRoos and Youth players with a Deploy Football, players are required to bring their ball to training every week. As the club grows bigger, we are no longer able to store footballs and we are hoping this will assist with storage at the club and storage for coaches and managers.
If your child does not receive a football or your football is faulty, please let your team manager know and they will contact the club to provide your child with a football or a replacement, lost balls will be replaced however you will be charged for the replacement football.


Active Kids Vouchers (AKV)

The NSW Government made changes to the Active Kids Voucher Program in 2023, reducing the AKV amount from $100 to $50 per school aged child, from Term 1, 2024 the $50 Active Kids Voucher will be means tested and only accessible to families receiving Family Tax Benefit Part A.

If you have a $50 Active Kids Voucher, we will be able to accept these via the Majestri registration process. Please make sure you have your voucher available before you begin your registration process. YOU MUST USE YOUR AKV VOUCHER IN MAJESTRI, we will not accept AKV vouchers after you have registered or via Play Football.

Payment Plans

Payment Plans will be available via Majestri, a $100 up-front payment is required, with payment plans needing to be complete by 30th July 2024. The earlier you register, the less you pay each week, more often.


Our Play Together Policy changed in the 2023 season please make sure you familiar with the changes before submitting a request to our registrar.
